Computer Aided Dispatch System
Build in partnership with Snohomish County 911, one of the largest and busiest 911 centers in Washington State. DEVBLOCK has developed a solution built to the exacting standards of first responders. CAD-Lite provides a sophisticated solution for managing mobile resources in response to your agency’s emergency needs. This solution has been built to be fully localized, scalable, and securely hosted in the cloud which means there is no software to install and the system can be accessed by any authorized user from any location. This system is used today as an emergency backup system and has a vision to become a primary system for a smaller agency. CAD-Lite is the only CAD that has been 100% built to the exacting standards of a 911 agency for 911.

THE OBJECTIVE
Effectively support 911 Computer-aided Dispatch (CAD) operations when primary dispatching system is offline
THE PROBLEM
Frequent primary 911 dispatching system outages and maintenance has historically required manual (“paper and legoâ€) operations, which are slow and error-prone

SNO911 engaged Devblock to implement a CAD system capable of operating independently of their primary system, and available at any networked location, in the event of a “bug-out†scenario
